The super eagles of Nigeria has qualified for the quarter finals of the African cup of nation after beating Cameroon 2-0 in the round of 16.
Just 9 minute into the game, super eagles Sammy Ajayi appeared to have given Nigeria the lead but was ruled for offside by the VAR.
winger Ademola Lukman scored the first goal from a Victor Oshimen assist in the 36th minute.
Some minute before the end of the match, Ademola Lukman hit the net with his second goal with an assist from Calvin Bassey.
However, in the 80th minute, Nigeria's goal keeper, Nwabali got injured in a collusion and was substituted by Francis Uzoho.
This is the first time in a long while that the Cameroonians did not record a single shot on goal throughout the match.
